Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Technical Product Manager to drive product development and strategy across the Injective ecosystem, collaborating with engineering, design, and leadership teams in a remote or hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive product development from ideation through launch and continuous improvement across multiple initiatives
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning aligned with company objectives
• Translate complex technical concepts and user needs into clear product requirements and execution plans

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with technical or infrastructure-heavy products
• Strong technical understanding and experience working closely with highly technical teams
• High ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive initiatives forward
• Genuine interest in crypto, financial infrastructure, and emerging technologies
• Experience in crypto, exchanges, DeFi, fintech, or financial products is a strong plus
