Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution of Fingerprint's Bot Detection offering, the full-time remote Senior Technical Product Manager will manage product strategy, detection capabilities, and customer experience while driving commercialization and cross-functional program leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Set mission, vision, and strategy for the Bot Detection product line, including roadmap ownership and evolution towards automation and intent intelligence
• Drive the expansion and improvement of detection capabilities, partnering with Engineering and Data Science to define evaluation methodologies and quality targets
• Define and ship customer-facing product surfaces, including dashboards and APIs, while collaborating with Sales, CS, and Marketing on commercialization and go-to-market readiness

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bot management, fraud, or abuse platforms
• Strong cross-functional operating cadence with high ownership and alignment skills
• Ability to translate customer problems into actionable roadmaps and requirements
• Familiarity with privacy and regulatory constraints, such as GDPR and CCPA
• Deep understanding of web technologies and automation techniques, including detection systems under adversarial pressure
