Job Summary

To lead high-impact internal product initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will define, prioritize, and deliver products and workflows for Enterprise Technology and Security, focusing on reducing manual work and improving employee experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own internal product strategy by identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Drive cross-functional execution of initiatives from discovery through delivery and measurement
• Shape automation and AI-first workflows by partnering with technical teams to define requirements and success metrics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, enterprise technology, or related fields
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with various stakeholders
• Experience translating ambiguous internal needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes
• Strong technical judgment across systems, workflows, and data security
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences
