Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on the strategic oversight and development of the Salesforce platform, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will implement AI solutions to empower customer-facing teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with business owners to develop a shared vision for the CRM ecosystem and advocate for alignment on priorities
• Optimize user workflows and capabilities by monitoring key metrics and incorporating user feedback
• Write detailed user stories for new features and develop short- and long-term roadmaps to deliver value with minimal risk

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS products
• Proven track record working as a product manager in Salesforce, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
