Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the vision and execution for Practice Nexus and MyPractice, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will lead the Cloud Couch initiative to enhance support and configuration experiences, collaborating cross-functionally in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive the roadmap for MyPractice, focusing on practice configuration, program enablement, and EHR overlay activation
• Lead the product strategy for Cloud Couch, ensuring seamless integration and user experience across internal platforms
• Conduct deep discovery and solution design, translating user needs into clear problem statements and well-scoped MVPs

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS, with a focus on technical or platform roles
• Proven experience managing complex internal tools or platforms from discovery through rollout
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, preferably Agile/Scrum, with experience collaborating with engineering teams
• Strong analytical skills, using data to inform design and measure impact
• Experience in healthcare technology or technology-enabled healthcare services
