Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on the end-to-end AI lifecycle, the fully remote Senior Technical Product Manager will define the technical roadmap for Conversational AI products, enhance AI accuracy and scalability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for Conversational AI Teams
• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones and timelines for new AI capabilities
• Engage with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights and translate feedback into actionable product improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably with AI/ML-centric SaaS products
• Deep understanding of Conversational AI systems, including NLP and LLMs
• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with enterprise customers and a strong customer focus
