Job Summary

Leading AI-driven customer initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager / Product Owner will manage product strategy for AI applications in billing and payments while collaborating cross-functionally in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI product strategy for customer-facing initiatives
• Drive program and delivery management for cross-functional AI projects
• Partner with engineering teams to define technical architectures and success metrics

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, particularly with technical or AI-driven products
• Proven experience in delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in an enterprise setting
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative AI and conversational AI
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Product or Agile certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum) are advantageous
