Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of a document processing platform, the full-time remote Senior Technical Product Manager will manage platform vision, define technical requirements, and drive feature enablement while collaborating with engineering teams to enhance AI-driven capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define the platform vision and develop a prioritized roadmap balancing platform maturity with new functionality delivery
• Partner with engineers to establish clear technical requirements and success criteria for platform investments
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics, collaborating with machine learning engineers to track AI platform outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software product management experience in SaaS, preferably with complex products or platforms
• Demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies and technical fluency in document processing and search technologies
• Experience managing platform products in a multi-team environment, focusing on value-driven adoption
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for tracking product outcomes and investment leverage
• Experience working within Agile/Lean delivery frameworks, emphasizing technical experimentation and iteration
