Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with business owners to cultivate a shared vision, the contract Senior Technical Product Manager will optimize user workflows, develop detailed user stories, and create roadmaps that deliver maximum value in a healthcare technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define problem spaces, constraints, and priorities while advocating for a shared vision
• Monitor key metrics and user feedback to continuously optimize live user workflows and capabilities
• Write detailed user stories and develop short- and long-term roadmaps to guide product development and execution

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS industries
• 5+ years managing A/B testing programs, preferably in healthcare or digital health
• Strong analytical skills with experience in experimental design and statistical interpretation
• Expertise in multi-channel orchestration and patient journey optimization
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, ideally with Agile/Scrum experience
