Job Summary

Driving the future of AI product strategy, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will manage the architectural decisions of the AI platform, focusing on prompt consolidation, chatbot prioritization, and emerging technology investments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for migrating prompts from multiple locations onto a unified platform
• Own the technical prioritization queue for chatbot development, ensuring team coordination without excessive process overhead
• Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies, particularly in AI, to guide investment decisions and maintain relationships with key partners like OpenAI

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as technical product management or forward deployed engineering at a fast-paced startup
• Strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs
• Proven track record of transforming complex ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to analyze data to validate hypotheses
• Experience in navigating technical tradeoffs and implementing AI platform standards
