Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the ambitious technology transformation of Babylist's merchandising operations, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will identify, design, and deploy technology solutions, acting as the first dedicated technical partner for the Merchandising Operations team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration across the Merchandising and Owned Brands teams
• Lead the evaluation and decision-making process for a Product Information Management (PIM) system to centralize product data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and build technology solutions that replace manual workflows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an agile development environment
• Proven experience in building internal tools or operational technology
• Strong understanding of systems integration, data flow, APIs, and automation
• Ability to work with ambiguity and define projects from unclear priorities
• Genuine interest in applying AI tools to operational challenges
