Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading product strategy and execution, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will focus on enhancing Utilization Management capabilities through innovative technical solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy for Utilization Management and guide multi-year roadmaps integrating business and operational priorities
• Partner with Operations, Transformation, and Clinical teams to redesign workflows that improve clinical outcomes and reduce administrative burden
• Drive AI-enabled automation opportunities across various operational processes and ensure strategic alignment across key business domains

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years in healthcare product management with a track record of leading large-scale products
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Expertise across multiple health domains such as clinical operations and care coordination
• Strong technical depth in data platforms, API-driven products, and enterprise systems
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and influence across matrixed organizations
