Job Summary

Leading product strategy and execution for Utilization Management capabilities, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will work remotely to translate operational and clinical needs into innovative technical solutions that enhance efficiency and member outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy for Utilization Management and guide multi-year roadmaps
• Partner with Operations, Transformation, and Clinical teams to redesign workflows for improved clinical outcomes
• Drive AI-enabled automation opportunities across various operational processes

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years in healthcare product management with a track record of leading large-scale products
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Expertise across multiple health domains such as clinical operations and consumer health
• Strong technical depth in data platforms and API-driven products
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and influence across matrixed organizations
