Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the development of innovative medical devices, the hybrid Senior Technical Product Manager will define product requirements, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment between user needs and engineering execution in the Greater Boston area.

Key responsibilities

• Own product requirements and system-level product definition for a major device product line
• Translate customer needs and clinical requirements into actionable product requirements and development roadmaps
• Lead cross-functional tradeoff discussions and coordinate product development activities from concept through commercialization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in product management, systems engineering, or related technical leadership roles
• At least 3 years of experience in the development and commercialization of hardware or medical devices
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer and clinical needs into product requirements and roadmaps
• Experience working in regulated industries, including medical devices or healthcare technology preferred
