Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the technical strategy and platform evolution for a key product line, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will create and maintain the technical product roadmap, ensuring alignment between engineering and business teams while working remotely in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain the technical product roadmap, addressing new features, platform infrastructure, and security
• Translate product needs into clear technical requirements and maintain alignment between Architecture/Engineering and business functions
• Monitor platform metrics and use data to drive technical investment decisions and operational issue prioritization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience; 5+ years in a software/SaaS environment, including 4+ years in product management
• Advanced technical understanding of networking, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Agile processes and managing platform/system migrations
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in workflow and ability to discuss their impact on work processes
• Strong experience with Jira and metrics tracking for optimal team output
