Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the requirements that bridge customer needs and technical execution, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will engage with stakeholders to define solutions, build internal tools, and manage the requirement lifecycle in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer workflows and pain points into precise technical requirements and data models for engineering
• Identify underlying system problems and define appropriate fixes beyond customer requests
• Build internal tools using AI-assisted development or no-code platforms to address operational gaps

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with ownership of outcomes, including 2 years in fintech
• Ability to read API specs and write requirements that reflect data models without engineer translation
• Experience building internal tools, scripts, or automated workflows using AI assistance or no-code platforms
• Strong writing skills to ensure clarity in specifications and effective communication with engineering
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
