Job Summary
Driving engineering execution within Company Operations, the full-time remote Senior Technical Product Manager will manage the technical roadmap, convert operational requirements into specifications, and allocate engineering capacity while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and ensuring data accuracy for financial reporting systems.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the technical roadmap by defining and managing the engineering build queue for Company Operations
- Lead the intake and specification process to translate operational requirements into clear engineering tasks
- Guide engineering capacity allocation across Internal Tools and Business Systems projects, balancing speed and maintainability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical product management, data product management, or analytics engineering within a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company
- Experience collaborating with Data Engineering teams on warehouse structures and practical SQL skills for data validation
- Proven ability to balance competing team demands against engineering capacity with transparent prioritization
- Familiarity with go-to-market or financial system integrations is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
