Senior Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the development of innovative payment technologies, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will manage complex projects, collaborate with engineering and leadership teams, and drive strategic initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create features, epics, and technical user stories for development teams to build a new platform
- Collaborate with leadership to develop the product roadmap and manage the product backlog for Transaction Processing
- Engage with users and conduct market research to identify gaps and opportunities, translating insights into design solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in delivering Core Banking, ACH, loan payment features, and card processing
- Experience in delivering technical features (SDKs, APIs) or managing B2B SaaS products and services
- Broad knowledge of payment technologies, including debt repayment and card processing
- Strong product management skills with experience in scalable, performant API-based platforms
