Senior Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving product direction for the event data pipeline, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will partner with data engineering to enhance event data ingestion, normalization, and governance while translating requirements from commercial teams into actionable product specifications in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product backlog for the event data pipeline, managing sprint execution with data engineering partners
- Translate use cases and functional requirements from cross-functional teams into clear product requirements for engineering
- Maintain an active presence in Sales and CX conversations to ensure alignment between team efforts and customer needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with technically complex, data-intensive products
- Fluency in event data pipeline concepts including stream event ingestion and data normalization
- Familiarity with modern data stack technologies such as Snowflake, Kafka, Databricks, or Airflow
- Proven ability to translate commercial use cases into actionable product requirements
- Strong prioritization instincts with an understanding of broader platform dependencies
