Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and development of customer-facing and internal APIs and AI-enabled capabilities, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will manage technical product delivery, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure successful outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery plan for API and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
• Lead the API portfolio through all lifecycle stages, from discovery and design to implementation and ongoing management
• Mentor and develop team members while preparing for future direct people management responsibilities as the team grows

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, product management, business, or a related technical field
• A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in API, integration, or enterprise software initiatives
• Strong understanding of the API lifecycle, including documentation, testing, and security
• Practical knowledge of AI product-development processes and the ability to establish quality controls and workflows
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional partners and build trusted relationships across various teams
