Senior Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving the vision and strategy for AI and Lab Products, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will lead interdisciplinary teams in developing platforms for biologics design and optimization, working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather and synthesize product requirements from various teams to align on actionable product strategy
- Own product roadmaps, making trade-off decisions between competing priorities and risks
- Lead cross-functional teams through product initiatives from conception to deployment and optimization
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Data Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in production-grade software or technical product development
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML and/or Protein Engineering
- Strong technical knowledge for effective collaboration with engineers and scientists
- Proven track record of creating and executing product roadmaps for high-impact work
