Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to develop thought leadership content and represent the organization at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling, differentiated, and feature-accurate content for the Service Management solution
• Act as a spokesperson, providing insights and thought leadership at industry conferences and events
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance understanding of the Service Management solution

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Service Management with hands-on experience in implementing solutions
• 7+ years of experience in technical product marketing, solutions consulting, or product management within ITSM, ESM, or ITOM
• Comprehensive understanding of ITSM and IT operations leaders' priorities
• Outstanding public speaking abilities and experience representing organizations at industry events
• Relevant certifications in ITSM or related fields are advantageous
