Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate project working sessions throughout the design driven development engagement
• Collaborate with product management teams to align product strategy with business goals
• Conduct interviews and requirement workshops with cross-discipline teams to understand business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience with systems modeling, user interface design, and data flow
• 3+ years of experience in Scrum Agile development or Scaled Agile Framework preferred
• Expertise in analysis, documentation, and presentation tools such as Miro and Figma
• 10 years of business analysis experience
