Senior Technical Product Owner

Job Summary

Collaborating with Product Managers and the enablement team, the full-time Senior Technical Product Owner will define a tactical vision for product development, manage the product backlog, and drive feature delivery while focusing on enhancing end-user experience, with the flexibility to work remotely and occasional in-office requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Influence the technical roadmap by identifying new features and managing the product backlog across multiple agile teams
• Lead requirements documentation, risk identification, and process improvements to enhance product development and support efficiency
• Build partnerships within the Scrum team and cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to implementation timelines and optimize customer experience

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum master, project manager, business/systems/QA analyst, or software engineer
• 5+ years of experience in a technology field with agile and scrum principles
• Bachelor's Degree in information technology, business analysis, or related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in product management or related fields is a plus
