Senior Technical Product Owner

Job Summary

To drive the development of insights and analytical capabilities, the full-time remote Senior Technical Product Owner will define the product vision and strategy, manage the product roadmap, and lead cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for the Product Analytics team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Lead the development and communication of a multi-horizon product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and customer impact
• Drive the end-to-end requirements process, ensuring clarity for engineering teams through detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in product management or ownership, with at least 4+ years in a senior technical product role
• Deep technical expertise in software architecture, APIs, and data pipelines, with the ability to engage as a credible technical partner
• Proven track record of delivering complex product roadmaps in an agile environment
• Strong command of data-driven decision-making, with proficiency in SQL and analytics tools preferred
