Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee system performance, troubleshooting, integration, user support, security, and system upgrades
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of scalable and secure IT applications and infrastructure
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements are met

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field
• 12-15 years of relevant professional experience
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity
• Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects and programs
