Senior Technical Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Director to oversee product delivery and ensure alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery execution across multiple engineering teams, ensuring clear scope, identified dependencies, and realistic delivery plans
• Lead daily scrums and facilitate effective communication and alignment across geographically distributed teams
• Define and enforce Agile processes, ensuring releases follow auditable paths and maintain quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in software delivery, with 5+ years leading multi-team technical programs
• Proven success in implementing and scaling Agile and SDLC discipline in complex environments
• Strong technical fluency in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience with GitLab, GitHub Enterprise, or Azure DevOps at an enterprise level
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams, particularly in the U.S. and India
