Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To oversee the development and execution of complex initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage program delivery roadmaps, and drive AI/ML model lifecycle processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate development efforts across multiple products and integration points
• Monitor program progress, initiate corrective actions, and manage project planning activities
• Drive programs across the AI/ML model lifecycle, ensuring effective risk assessment and value delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 6-7 years of project management experience with a mix of software delivery practices
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies including SCRUM, Kanban, and SAFe
• Possession or pursuit of SAFe Agilist and project management certifications (PMI, PMP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare experience preferred
