Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive multiple large-scale programs from planning through execution to delivery
- Develop and launch programs that support company and organizational strategic goals
- Define, monitor, and report on success metrics to guide decisions and surface insights
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies; PMP, CSM, Lean, or Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- A data-first mindset; using metrics to inform actions and measure outcomes
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing at all levels
