Senior Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical programs within the Products & Technology organization, managing New Product Introduction (NPI) and Go To Market (GTM) processes
- Break down initiatives into coherent workstreams, define timelines, and ensure accountability for program goals
- Proactively anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and facilitate technical discussions across teams
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Enterprise Software Development and Delivery in the Cloud, with LLM experience as a plus
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable ability to manage concurrent programs and prioritize tasks based on criticality
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Strong decision-making and consensus-building skills
