Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate, organize, and monitor cross-functional technical programs and projects
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with engineering, product, clinical, and support teams to set project goals and objectives
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience in a software development environment
• Experience in managing complex technical projects, ideally in the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Experience managing a team of 5 or more, including performance management and mentorship
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
