Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop long-term strategies and roadmaps for platform improvements
• Define and execute technical programs focused on performance optimization and prevention
• Partner with engineers and architects to address technical challenges and drive solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Development Manager or Technical Program Manager
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical problems and programs
• Technical understanding of systems involved, with a willingness to develop domain expertise
• Experience defining and running end-to-end complex technical programs
• B.S. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is preferred
