Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee and manage technical projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers, developing mitigation strategies as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
• 12+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role
• Strong technical background with an understanding of software development methodologies
• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
• Experience with program management tools and software, including proficiency in project management techniques
