Key Responsibilities

Partner with engineering teams to design technical solutions and identify risks
Define success criteria and ensure alignment across organizations for complex projects
Manage project schedules, deliver roadmaps, and drive continuous improvements through performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience
2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
Ability to meet security screening requirements for the role
