Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing complex programs in high-scale technology companies
• Experience collaborating with UX design, UX research, content, product, operations, and engineering teams
• Proven ability to integrate AI into workflows or decision-making processes
• Strong track record of coordinating cross-functional technical programs that deliver measurable impact
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, or similar) is preferred
