Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Landing Zone Accelerator (LZA) and Proactive Health Check (PHC) best practices
• Collaborate with global Customer Experience teams to validate and evolve best practices based on customer insights
• Define and maintain architectural and operational standards for customer adoption of the platform

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in customer support and technical program management
• Strong technical background with the ability to convey complex subject matter
• Experience in SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments
• Understanding of Data Cloud fundamentals and concepts
