Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to enhance execution across its Product organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for complex, cross-functional product initiatives
• Design and refine the Product Development Lifecycle processes and standard artifacts
• Implement and improve product roadmap tools and maintain visibility into OKR progress and initiative health

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project or program management within a product/technology organization
• Proven track record of leading complex projects from ambiguity to launch
• Hands-on experience with Product Development Lifecycle or similar frameworks
• Strong familiarity with Agile, Kanban, and project management tools
• Experience working with OKRs and metrics to connect business goals to initiatives
