Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager, Finance Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead programs across multiple business and engineering groups to ensure Finance, Accounting, Tax, and FinTech requirements are prioritized
• Own and drive the execution of the Finance Technology roadmap, collaborating with senior leaders
• Facilitate design discussions and guide teams through decision-making to balance technical constraints with financial compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience
• 5-7 years of direct experience with ERP and financial systems, particularly Workday and Zuora
• Practical understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs with measurable business impact involving cross-functional teams
• Experience creating narrative documents for senior leadership that synthesize complex issues
