Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager - Robotics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-track robotics programs with high-priority partners, coordinating dependencies and driving progress
• Translate data workflows into structured plans of record with clear owners and milestones
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and maintain documentation repositories for effective communication and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, robotics, computer science, or related field; master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of program management or engineering experience in robotics, AI/ML, data platforms, or embedded systems
• Operational leadership experience that drives productivity and team success
• Familiarity with robotics simulation platforms such as Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, MuJoCo, or Gazebo
• Proven ability to manage multi-partner, multi-threaded technical programs
