Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager, FEWS NET (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile project management across multiple technology workstreams and serve as Scrum Master
• Manage and maintain project backlogs, coordinate work across platform teams, and develop integrated work plans
• Oversee helpdesk operations and prepare client-facing deliverables, ensuring effective communication of progress and risks

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing complex software or data platform projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong Jira and Confluence administration skills, including workflow design and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and engage with technical teams on data platforms
• Experience with donor-funded or government-funded projects, including task order alignment and reporting requirements
