Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required
• Minimum of 5 years as a TPM or Release Manager in a software engineering organization
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, including risk and stakeholder management
• Understanding of cloud-native architecture and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks within regulated software environments
