Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager, Professional Services - Public Sector (PubSec).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of complex customer engagements by providing technical leadership to the implementation team
• Guide technical teams through architectural decisions and proactively identify technical risks and dependencies
• Manage all aspects of a program, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources, while acting as the primary point of escalation for technical delivery issues

Required Qualifications

• Proven technical acumen with the ability to make sound decisions without hands-on coding experience
• Experience in managing large, complex engagements and mitigating technical challenges
• Familiarity with BI, data management, and big data technologies is preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple engagements while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Must be clearable with the US Government
