Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager, NPI.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of technical projects related to hardware and manufacturing development
• Lead coordination efforts across engineering, product management, and operations teams
• Develop and implement processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent engineering discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in engineering or technical program management
• 3-5 years of experience with hardware, manufacturing, or autonomous systems development
• Strong track record of managing complex cross-functional projects
• Experience building relationships with senior leaders and engineers across functions
