Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise IT transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise IT transformation programs such as cloud migration and ERP modernization
• Establish program governance structures and drive alignment across various stakeholders
• Track and report transformation KPIs, ensuring architectural compliance and risk management

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in leading complex IT programs within large enterprises
• Demonstrated experience in delivering enterprise-scale transformations, including cloud adoption and infrastructure transformation
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles across various domains
• Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure models
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or cloud certifications preferred
