Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with cross-company partners to plan programs and coordinate teams to meet business objectives
• Guide engineering programs in all aspects of program management including planning, scheduling, and reporting
• Develop metrics for measuring program effectiveness and report on overall program status to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field with program management expertise
• 10+ years of program management experience managing global projects
• Demonstrated skill in engaging with engineering partners and vendors
• In-depth understanding of software engineering principles and experience in AI training environments
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with project management tools
