Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (Model Risk and Responsible AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate development efforts across multiple products and integration points
• Develop detailed program delivery roadmaps and monitor overall progress to meet program goals
• Drive programs across the AI/ML model lifecycle, ensuring clarity and reducing model risk

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 6-7 years of project management experience with various software delivery practices
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies including SCRUM, Kanban, and SAFe
• Possession or pursuit of SAFe Agilist and project management certifications (PMI, PMP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; healthcare experience preferred
