Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager, Data Center & Network Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for the end-to-end delivery of comprehensive data center builds, overseeing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
• Lead and facilitate critical conversations, workshops, and decision-making sessions with technical leads and executives, ensuring alignment and resolution in high-pressure environments
• Act as the central hub for communication between internal teams, external vendors, and global partners, ensuring transparency and alignment at all levels

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program Management experience within a technical or infrastructure-focused organization
• Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira Plans; specifically in building and managing multi-program portfolios and dependency-linked schedules
• Deep experience in Organizational Change Management with the ability to drive process adoption
• Technical fluency with a strong foundational understanding of data center deployments
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, "multi-vendor" builds with accountability for the entire program lifecycle
