Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (Agile / SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical programs end-to-end, aligned with SDLC and Agile frameworks
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and track progress using Agile metrics
• Manage cross-team dependencies and perform engineering capacity planning

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program/project management with complex software delivery
• Deep expertise in SDLC, Agile delivery, and release management
• Proven track record managing distributed engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Master's degree or Project Management certifications preferred
