Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager, ML Software.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with cross-company partners to plan programs and coordinate teams to meet key business objectives
• Guide engineering programs in all aspects of program management, including planning, scheduling, and reporting
• Develop and implement metrics for measuring program effectiveness and drive organizational alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field with demonstrated program management expertise
• 10+ years of program management experience, including managing global projects
• In-depth understanding of software engineering principles and experience in AI training environments
• Strong multitasking abilities with knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
