Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead delivery across complex, technology-driven initiatives supporting federal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and contract requirements
• Serve as the primary interface with stakeholders, managing expectations, risks, and trade-offs
• Coordinate across technical and functional teams to ensure timely execution and resolution of delivery issues

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management for technology-driven initiatives
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical concepts
• Strong client-facing experience, including leading meetings and driving decisions
• Must be a U.S. citizen able to pass a background investigation; DHS clearance preferred
